Scholarship

The Coronado Real Estate Association, CREA, is a membership group comprised of real estate professionals including brokers, agents and affiliates integrally involved with the real estate industry. CREA’s mission statement is “To promote business relationships with real estate professionals through networking, education, marketing, community service and events, and protecting the interests and rights of Coronado property owners.”

To that end, CREA offers a $1,500 scholarship to a noteworthy Coronado High School graduating senior to assist them in the pursuit of a successful future in business. This CREA Scholarship has been awarded for over twenty years.

The student awarded with the CREA Scholarship need not be the smartest student in school or the most outstanding athlete or active in other school activities. Instead, the applicant should be a student who has demonstrated leadership and has participated in some aspect of community service. The applicant must be a Coronado High School graduating senior who plans to attend a 2- or 4-year college or university with a major in business.

Requirements:

Applicant must be a graduating senior registered at Coronado High School
Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, please include appropriate proof of GPA in your application
Applicant shall include a description of any community service and leadership experience in which he or she has been involved
Completed application including essay.
